I had a very unique situation and needed to do a trade, quickly. I found a Tiguan at DT Brentwood. When I called to check stock, I fully expected to be greeted with an automated bot. To my pleasant surprise, Mandy answered the phone. Once she confirmed it was there, we headed up there. She was there to greet us, show us the Tiguan, and the entire process was seamless. As a new sales person, she’s already starting out as rock star by just being herself. She’s helpful, kind, patient and supportive. Once she gets some experience, her future in car sales will be long! Thanks you Mandy, Tim and the rest of the Dean Team crew for making this part of my journey so enjoyable!

This dealership has a great selection of vehicles, mostly higher end models with lower miles and competitive prices. Ask for Matt. He is great to work with. He is helpful, thorough and personable. Highly recommend!
